Yesterday I went on my travels to Walsall gallery. Thought it was about time I got into gallery visits again.
These balls were hanging down from the ceiling as you walk into the gallery.
As you walk up to the 1st floor, you can see 2 walls full of children's work, focusing on the concept art in general.
he children's activity centre was full of balloons. I quite liked that the room was filled with purple balloons but I am unsure that I would class this as art.
I loved some of the images on the first floor. I was completely unsure of what this work was about until I read a little bit about it.
PARTY! This exhibition was on the top floor of the gallery and it was my favourite part. At first the balls above just look like they are made out of paper but when you get closer, the balls are actually made out of sun glasses. I thought this was a very clever idea and I loved this part of the gallery.
I liked the images also seen on floor three, but unfortunately because of the exhibition being borowed, I could not take an photographs.
If I had to say which art gallery I like the most it is Walsall. Their exhibitions always attract my eye because they are always so interesting and colourful. I find that when you are at walsall, you have to read about what the images are about.
Really enjoyed today's visit.
