While I was at Shire Hall Gallery, I had a quick look at the courts as well which were next to the gallery inside the library.

This was quite interesting and some pics are below.

I thought that I would try dressing up in the judges clothes.

This is a great activity for the children if they visit the courts.

Under each of these blocks, it shows the punishment that you would receive.

For example for pinching a pair of boots you would get up to 2 months imprisonment.

Really liked this. This was inside the court.

This is an area of the court. Showing where people would come in and watch the case. These are 3-D models. Thought this was very effective.
